"My concept on fitness is to promote a more fit and healthy lifestyle."

I was raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I am married with two beautiful baby girls. I acquired a love for boxing at the age of 14 and I do believe that it kept me out of a lot of trouble that I would have been in otherwise. I competed in amateur events for 5 to 6 years. I then joined the military at the age of 20 and that’s where I spent my last nine years. This is where my style of fighting matured and my love for fitness and helping others take control over their lives through fitness begun. My concept on fitness is to promote a more fit and healthy lifestyle.  It is an amazing outlet and a great way to help people take control of their lives; one person at a time.  Showing them with a little motivation dedication and perseverance that they will be able to do anything in life.  I continue to challenge myself, not just int the gym, but by competing in extreme competitions such as Spartan Races.

Educated and certified through the National Personal Training institute.

    If you are a Powerhouse Member, your membership entitles you to two complimentary sessions with one of our trainers.  We do not just pick a trainer that is available when you want to train, we match you with a trainer that is best for your wants and needs.  We strongly suggest that you meet with a trainer.  Our trainers can write up a program to help you on your way towards your goals and if you already have a workout you are comfortable with, it is still helpful for your trainer to show you our equipment.
