Empower children(ages 5-10 years old) to embrace exercise while having fun and learning their ABCS of Fitness. Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength. Introduce the basic components of fitness-cardiovascular, endurance and strength through various body weight exercises and drills. Motor skills development and enhancement using various aparatus but not limited to, agility ladder, cones, bosu ball, hurdles, light medicine balls, and bean bags.
This is a kid’s fitness program designed for children ages 5-12 years of age.
With a heavy heart we must announce the current Powerhouse Gym of Hamilton will not be reopening due to the financial impact of the mandatory Covid-19 shutdown. We wish this was not the case, but we have suffered financial losses that cannot be recouped. The current gym owner is trying to transition ownership to a new party to take over the location. If this transition occurs, everyone will be contacted.
